Getting your kit to you
We sell online only and deliver to addresses across the UK.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses. If you live in Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands, please contact us before ordering.
Cost
Delivery is charged by the total weight of your order, and is added at checkout before you pay. All kits travel by tracked courier.

Adding a few extras to a kit usually keeps you in the same price band.
When it arrives
- Kits and extras: usually dispatched within 2 working days, then 1–3 working days with the courier.
- Branded clothing and blankets: made to order, so allow up to 7–10 working days.
You'll get an email with tracking once your order is on its way. If you order kit and clothing together, they may arrive separately.
Gas canisters
Gas canisters can only travel by road with specialist couriers, so they may arrive separately and take longer.
Damaged or missing items
Please check your kit against the printed checklist when it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, tell us within 7 days and we'll put it right.
