Returns & refunds

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you want to cancel, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to send the items back.

• Contact us with your order number and what you're returning.
• Pack items securely, ideally in the original storage box.
• Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing.

We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the items back (or proof you've sent them), to your original payment method. This includes the standard delivery charge you paid. We may reduce the refund if items have been used or handled more than needed to check them.

For hygiene reasons, opened hygiene packs, first aid items and worn underwear or socks can't be returned unless they're faulty.

Branded clothing and blankets are made when you order. You can still return them within 14 days if unworn, and we'll always replace or refund faulty or misprinted items.

If something is faulty, you're protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Contact us and we'll repair, replace or refund it.
